Yoga in the Park (June 4 to 25)

Appreciate nature while you enjoy a flow yoga class in the fresh air in beautiful Banfield Park. All levels can participate in using yoga to build strength, improve flexibility, prevent joint injuries, enhance balance, expand lung capacity, and rejuvenate both mind and spirit. Dress in layers, as this class will be done outdoors. There is an indoor option if it is too cold or damp to be outside.

To register, call 250-590-8922. Once five people register, this four week course will proceed, and drop ins can join an individual class whenever their schedules permit.
