In addition to various classes, I offer workshops of varying lengths (see examples below). These workshops unite active nature appreciation with yoga and provide opportunities for a deeper yoga practice, movement in Nature, introspection and personal growth.

1. Two Day Workshop Title: Yoga and Nature Appreciation

Workshop Description: Celebrate spring with this unique two day workshop that blends yoga with nature appreciation. Gain strength, improve flexibility, enhance balance and release stress through rejuvenating breathing exercises, yoga postures, flowing movements, relaxation, and inspiring nature readings. Participants should have some yoga experience.  Ecologist and yoga teacher, Dr Jenny Feick, provides alignment guidance and a range of options with increasing challenge, so all levels can play and progress. Bring a notebook and your walking shoes. Dress in layers. Be prepared to do part or all of the class outdoors in a local park. Bring your lunch or plan to go out to a nearby restaurant.
