Change Your Posture, Change Your Life! Workshop

Developing healthy posture reduces chronic pain, enhances mobility, improves your appearance, and increases your confidence. Learn healthy ways to stand, sit, walk, do your favourite physical activities, rest and sleep.   Each participant receives a course manual as well as a personalized postural assessment and coaching from the instructor. You will be amazed at what you can improve and how much better you will feel afterward.

Individuals show remarkable improvements in their posture after just a few hours at this posture improvement workshop.

People of all ages, shapes, sizes and physical abilities can benefit from this workshop.

Standing with an unconscious misalignment of the spine can cause severe back pain. Learning how to stand and move with healthy posture can alleviate not only back pain but also discomfort in the neck, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles.

During the workshop, you will receive instruction and coaching from the instructor.  You will alternate between sitting as you listen and interact with other participants and practicing what you learn while actively sitting, standing, walking or laying down on a mat on the floor.

Your investment is $65.00 for the four-hour workshop and the e-version of the manual.  For an additional fee of $25.00, payable to instructor at class, registrants can receive a personalized postural assessment report with additional coaching guidance from the instructor, Jenny Feick of Nature Wise Yoga.

Right after the workshop, you will receive your own electronic version of the course manual with hot links to YouTube videos and additional online information.  Each participant will also receive her/his before & after pictures illustrating the change in posture awareness following this posture improvement clinic. If you requested and paid for the additional personalized postural assessment report, it will be sent to you several weeks after the workshop.

Be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get your “before the workshop” photographs taken. Dress in layers such that your last layer allows you to easily see your neck, shoulders, knees, ankles, and feet in the pictures.  Please bring something to tie up your hair if it is long enough to cover your neck.
