Hatha Yoga for Rejuvenation (Semi-private & Drop-in)

Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through the physical practice of Yoga, along with yogic breathing, relaxation, and positive thinking techniques. Receive guidance on posture, mind-body awareness, and stress relief that you can apply to daily living to keep you healthy and pain-free.   Jenny Feick provides alignment guidance for easy to moderately challenging yoga poses and slow, flowing sequences, as well as modifications and alternatives as needed to ensure your experience feels safe, comfortable and enjoyable. At the end of each class, enjoy a deliciously deep relaxation period to integrate the benefits generated by the practice.

This semi-private yoga class takes place in the comfort of a living room in a house near the Gorge Waterway.  As you practice yoga, watch the morning light on the water and observe the birds in the trees. 

 

Please register below under Bookings. Classes will be canceled if less than two people register by noon on the day before the class. There will be room for additional drop-ins on certain evenings. While you are always welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, the instructor provides yoga mats and props.
