Morning Flow Yoga

To register for this online yoga class, go to the Mountain Home Yoga Online webpage. It is $12.00 for a drop-in. Class prices decrease with the other subscription options.

Props you may need for this class include a yoga mat, a couple of firm foam blocks, a yoga strap (or theraband), and a trigger point ball (or tennis ball). For some classes, you will need a couple of soft foam blocks or light paperback books, or small weights (or use cans of soup). It might be nice to have pillows, a bolster, and an eye pillow on hand for the relaxation period at the end of class.
