Jenny saved me. Her way of doing Yoga saved me. A year ago I had terrible Plantar Fasciitus and my feet hurt terribly. The Jenny showed me this pose that we did near the start of class today, the one called Thunderbolt, and that’s what really cured me. The weird thing was I had just come from seeing my physiotherapist and he had told me to do the same thing! At first, it felt excruciatingly intense; even the easiest version of that pose was a stretch for me. But I practiced and now it feels great to do this pose. And my feet no longer hurt.
