Yoga for Stress Relief
It’s a stressful time for many people with the current economic situation, gloomy news, and family pressures. Our thinking about financial pressures, increased demands, and high expectations can create stress and anxiety. This class focuses on dealing effectively with stress through gentle flow and yoga poses, yin and/or restorative yoga, positive thinking, visualization, relaxation and breathing techniques.
Length of class: 55 – 90 minutes; could be done for any number of weeks
