Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through the physical practice of Yoga, along with yogic breathing, relaxation, and positive thinking techniques. Receive guidance on posture, mind-body awareness, and stress relief that you can apply to daily living to keep you healthy and pain-free.   Jenny Feick provides verbal alignment guidance for easy to moderately challenging yoga poses and slow, flowing sequences, as well as modifications and alternatives as needed to ensure your experience feels safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. At the end of each class, enjoy a deliciously deep relaxation period to integrate the benefits generated by the practice.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, in-class attendance is limited to two students. Register early to secure your spot and follow the COVID-19 precautions.

To take this class online via Zoom teleconferencing, please email naturewiseyoga@gmail.com to obtain the link, meeting ID, and passcode. You will have the option to attend a live-streamed class in real-time or receive link to download a recording of the class to do when convenient for you.   

You will need to send an e-transfer of $18.00 (Canadian $) to naturewiseyoga@gmail.com or to Jenny.Feick@gmail.com prior to the class in order to be allowed out of the online waiting room and into the class.

During each class, Jenny Feick of Nature Wise Yoga will include elements from the YogAlign Method, pain-free yoga from your inner core developed by Michaelle Edwards of the Mana Yoga Studio as well as specific movement patterns designed for the NewBack Program devised by Roger Drinkwater, PhD of Vernon’s Inner Light Yoga Studio, and playful flow sequences and alignment cues inspired by Eoin Finn’s Blissology yoga approach.
