Yoga for Active People

Note: There may be an online offering of this class. Contact the Vic West Community Centre for details.

Staying active as you age promotes health and longevity. Runners, cyclists, kayakers, and other active people often have strong but tight muscles and need to cross-train. Yoga can help build strength, increase flexibility, enhance balance, improve stability, prevent injuries, and heal previous damage. Learn how to engage your breath and the right muscles to enhance your mind-body movements.
